This is one of the first rationalist-style apartments designed by Rita Rava and Claudio Piersanti. It includes distinctive structural features as well as various design masterpieces from the 1970s such as the plastic chairs Selene by V. Magistretti and the shelving composition Oikos by A. Astori for Driade.
In this apartment the sleeping experience is similar to that of a sleeping capsule of the 1970’s but with the addition of a private garden with elegant tall hedges and extensive flowerbeds. The large windows overlook a private green space of 600 sqm and an external patio with tables and seats, where one can enjoy the peace of the garden or read a book.

The Modernist apartment is designed to accommodate guests in two different modes: House and Suite. In Modernist House mode, guests have access to the entire apartment, including the kitchen, living room and other comfortable spaces. In the Modernist Suite mode, guests can stay in the Green Suite and/or the Yellow Suite.
