140 square meters
A spectacular space was created from the structure of a traditional barn, by closing its three open sides with glass walls. This makes one feel protected and at the same time immersed in the surrounding nature. The original columns and brick walls were restored by highlighting the signs of the time which become a fascinating attribute.
Automatic curtains on the glass walls guarantee privacy. On the mezzanine at the middle is a king-size bed with view on the trees’ foliage and equipped with curtains in case more privacy or complete darkness is required to sleep.
The spacious ground floor living room reaches out to the dining area, equipped with a foldable kitchen which can be open and used in case of need.
Two bathrooms – one on each floor – complete the services.
A vast, protected loggia is the ideal place to sit outside
The design interiors include seats by Marcel Breuer, AEO sofas by Archizoon and a modular sofa by Mario Bellini (Camaleonda, a classic of the ‘70s).
